While Seema tags along on Carrie's trip to Virginia, Charlotte is caught between work and mom duties, and Miranda gets advice from her crush.

Aidan suggests Carrie spend some quality time with his sons after she extends her trip. Later, Miranda takes Joy's advice during an interview.

While Carrie and Miranda deal with noisy neighbor situations, Charlotte and LTW take their families on a glamping trip to Governors Island.

After starting her own real estate company, Seema takes on her first client, Miranda, who is cautiously taking a next step with Joy.

While Carrie plans a fabulous birthday party to boost Charlotte's spirits, Anthony navigates an awkward introduction to Giuseppe's mother, Gia. Later, Charlotte discovers Harry's been keeping a secret, and Seema's flirtation with Adam blossoms.

Carrie attempts to work on notes with Duncan while Aidan is in town for a visit. LTW tamps down her attraction to Marion. Seema learns of a potential dealbreaker with Adam. Miranda contemplates whether she can leave her worst chapter in the past.

As Carrie confronts lingering trust issues in her relationship, Miranda opens up to Joy about her own baggage. Meanwhile, Anthony continues his attempts to win over Gia, and Adam convinces Seema to try something new.

Carrie gets a burst of creative energy and receives glowing feedback from Duncan. Later, Brady drops a bombshell on Miranda and Steve, Anthony meets Giuseppe's eccentric roommate and LTW struggles with the demands of work, home … and a visit from her mother-in-law.

After a meeting with her editor, Carrie contemplates the ending of her book… and her own story. Meanwhile, Charlotte navigates complicated feelings around Rock's high-school-musical debut and Seema gets a surprising invitation.
