Due to constant bullying about her size at school, Breia mostly keeps to herself and avoids trying to make friends; she spends all her time with her mom, and the only thing she wants to do is eat.

At 17, Tommy is nearly 700lbs. His parents have to do almost everything for him due to his size. With his health getting to a breaking point, they know Tommy needs help to lose weight fast.

Past trauma led Amber and her mom, Emily, to find comfort in food. Now, with Amber's weight well over 400lbs at the age of 16, and Emily's at almost 400lbs, they both embark on a journey to improve their lives.

Cece has struggled with weight for most of her life, but now at almost 500lbs at the age of 16, she feels like she doesn't fit in anywhere because of her size.

At 15 years old, Winter is almost 400lbs. Her dad, Daniel, is over 600lbs and fears he's contributing to her unhealthy habits.
