In a village, resides a teacher who is highly respected and referred to as "master" by the villagers. He holds strong beliefs about the importance of providing proper nutrition to his students and doesn't consider khichdi to be a complete meal. Despite this, he is adamant about not serving khichdi to his students. One day, the master receives thrilling news that he's been selected for the "Best Teacher" award in the entire district. However, a fellow villager named Sandip informs him about an incident involving a teacher from a neighboring village. This teacher faced consequences for selling government-provided rice meant for students. Interestingly, our master has been doing the same. The dilemma arises: Will he still be eligible for the award, considering his own actions? This twist puts his principles and the award in question, creating a moral conundrum that he must navigate.
